In our sessions we focus on the Mind to Body connection, helping to reshape old habits and thought patterns and turning them towards positive action. Outside of our sessions you are given resources to focus on the Body to Mind connection. This is where you use yoga and meditation to help connect the physical of what you can control (your body) to create the discipline need, to control the wild (the mind).
